Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with clear and detailed information to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you have any questions not addressed here, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

Order Processing Time

Preparation Time: We require 1-3 working days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Charge

We are committed to providing clear and fair shipping rates for all our customers. Please find our shipping charges detailed below:

  • Battery-Only Orders: For orders consisting solely of batteries, a flat shipping fee of $60 USD will be applied.
  • EVX Wagon 4.0 Orders: For any order that includes a Wagon (with or without batteries), a shipping fee of $275 USD will be applied.
  • EVX Wagon 4.0 Kit Orders: For orders that include a Wagon Kit (with or without batteries), a shipping fee of $175 USD will be applied.
  • EVX Wagon 4.0 Pro Orders: For orders that include a Wagon Pro (with or without batteries), a shipping fee of $335 USD will be applied.
  • Other Products: For products without a specified shipping fee, a flat rate of $6.95 USD will be applied.

Calculation Method

  • Per Order Basis: Shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis, not per item.
  • Highest Shipping Class Applies: If your order contains multiple items with different shipping classes, the shipping fee for the most expensive shipping class will apply to the entire order.
    • Example: If you purchase a EVX Wagon 4.0 and additional accessories, the total shipping fee will be $275 USD (the shipping rate for the Wagon). No additional shipping charges will be applied for the accessories.

Delivery Times(Business Days)

From Local Warehouse: 4-7 Days

From China Warehouse: 7-35 Days

1) Weekends and Holidays may result in delayed shipments or deliveries.

2) A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped.

3) The estimated delivery time on www.evxpower.com is for reference only.

4) Wagons and accessories may be shipped separately.

Shipping Regions

1) We ship goods to most countries and regions around the world. Shipping Warehouses and Transportation Service Providers

2) We ship FedEx/DHL/UPS or other similar carriers.

3) Certain regions or countries may incur additional shipping charges or high taxes, and we will contact you in advance to confirm if this is the case.

Import Duty and Tax

In most cases, you will receive items or orders at your final payment paid to www.evxpower.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the international shipment (Except shipping from the above warehouses to a domestic or single marketplace).

EVXPower will contact recipients of international shipments regarding extra shipping and/or duty costs.

Changes of Shipping

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the products and replacement products and/or refunds. If you would like to change the color or model* of your Wagon, you must do so prior to your order being shipped.

*Note: Changing an order to a different wagon model prior to shipping may result in extra costs and delays. Once the order has shipped, it is no longer possible to change the color or model of the wagon without incurring extra fees.

For Returns: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms.

For any third-party shipping outside of Cyrusher’s normal shipping process, EVXPower cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

Parts shipping to the Customer: When a part is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the package’s location. Updates can be checked using the tracking number through the shipping company’s website or calling the shipping company.

There may be occasions where the shipping company will only make one delivery attempt to the customer’s delivery address. At which point, if the delivery attempt is failed, the package will be taken to a holding facility, which can be a variety of store locations (The holding facility’s location can be checked using the tracking number). The package will remain at the holding facility for up to 10 days. If the customer fails to pick up the package, it will be returned to EVXPower.

If the package is returned, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost before the package can be re-sent. (Note: Customer must first notify EVXPower that the package is needing to be re-sent. EVXPower will then notify you of the shipping cost needed to be paid to resend the package).

In the event that a wrong part is ordered from EVXPower’s website, and the package has been shipped out, the customer will be required to pay the original shipping cost (including cancellation fees from the shipping company), plus the new shipping cost for the correct part (Note: paying for the cost of the part is not needed, only shipping costs). Failure in correspondence: There may be times when purchasing a part that EVXPower will contact you regarding the part. Specific parts have more than one variation, so requests such as sending a picture of the desired part may be made.

Failure to respond to EVXPower may result in the order being cancelled at EVXPower’s discretion.

PayPal Shipping Address

If your payment is processed by PayPal, please note that we only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If in any case we are unable to ship to some countries or regions, we will inform you accordingly by email after your purchase.
